Plant Operations Leader: Drive Efficiency & Sustainability

Knauf Insulation UK is seeking a Plant Manager to lead production, warehouse, engineering and technical functions at our site. You will drive cost efficiency while upholding sustainability, safety, and quality standards across the plant.

The role requires a track record of senior manufacturing leadership, strategic Capex planning, and strong stakeholder negotiation. You will report to senior management and guide cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement and profitability.
