Plant Manufacturing Leader - Lean, TPM & Growth Strategy

Mondelēz International is seeking a site-based manufacturing leader in Coolock to drive a 3-year strategy and annual operating plan, coaching multi-functional teams to improve reliability, productivity and cost efficiency. You will embed Lean Six Sigma methods and ensure compliance and strong governance across the site.

The role focuses on talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a zero-loss culture to deliver best-in-class performance both internally and externally.
