Job Description
Eaton is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our Sutton facility's frontline operations. You will work closely with the HRM to shape HR processes, support employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training for around 120 employees.
You will manage recruitment, data reporting, policies alignment with legislation, and drive engagement initiatives while upholding Eaton's values and continuous improvement mindset.
