Job Description
Ferrero is seeking a Plant Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead the site's food safety and quality program. You will drive adherence to Ferrero's FSMS, oversee raw materials, in-process controls and finished product release, and lead CAPA, audits and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a proactive culture of safety and quality. You will develop the Plant Quality team, embed HACCP-based risk management, and ensure compliance with FSSC
