Plant Fitter

A dynamic and growing operations team is looking for a Plant Fitter (workshop only) to take responsibility for the repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You will be based in the workshop in Walsall, delivering an efficient and customer-focused service. What's in it for you:

What you'll be doing as Plant Fitter:

• Servicing and repairing plant equipment in the workshop
• Completing scheduled maintenance
• Maintaining accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent
• Managing stock and raising purchase requests as needed
• Liaising directly with customers and ensuring clear communication throughout
• Supporting depot operations and maintain excellent health & safety standards

What we're looking for in a Plant Fitter:

• Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential)
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: NVQ or City & Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence
