Plant Area Manager: Lead Team, Merch & Plant Care

British Garden Centres is seeking a Plant Area Manager for their large garden centre group. The role involves hands-on management of the plant area in a high-volume environment, with emphasis on plant knowledge, customer service, and visual merchandising. Experience as a Plant Manager is preferred, with forklift license advantageous.

The successful candidate will lead a team, plan work schedules, and ensure high standards of plant quality and safety. Some travel and weekend work are expected.
