• Leading planning strategy for small to medium strategic residential sites
• Managing and instructing external planning consultants
• Overseeing the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications
• Advising internal teams on risk, viability and programme from a planning perspective
• Supporting land acquisition through planning appraisals and due diligence

• A client-side role with real influence over scheme outcomes
