An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a Major Mixed-use Project in Central London.

The company operates across various sectors including healthcare, residential, education, and recently has been focusing on developing its industrial sector.

As a Planning Manager, you will collaborate with the Pre-Construction & Construction Delivery Teams to provide planning expertise on multiple projects at tender, PCSA, and delivery stages, with project values ranging from £5M to over £300M.

This role offers valuable exposure to planning principles on key projects and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic site team.
