Planning Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a leading law firm based in Dublin who are looking for an Associate to join their Planning Litigation teams.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded specialist Litigation team, advising public bodies, developers, infrastructure providers, utilities and corporate clients on complex and high-profile disputes. The practice has particular expertise across planning, environmental, regulatory and public law litigation, providing exposure to significant judicial reviews, statutory challenges, regulatory investigations and related proceedings.

The role will involve managing litigation from initial instruction through to hearing, resolution and appeal, advising on judicial review, regulatory disputes and public law proceedings, and drafting legal opinions, pleadings, affidavits and written submissions.

• 1+ years' PQE;
• Regulatory or commercial litigation background;
