Planning Lawyer Associate: Urban Regeneration & Projects

You'll be working at the heart of transformative projects supporting both public and private sector clients on everything from urban extensions to major regeneration schemes and be part of a specialist team of planning law experts.

The successful candidate will not just technically sharp, but also commercially savvy and creatively minded. You'll be a natural communicator, able to simplify complexity and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Drafting key documents including s106 agreements, planning reports, and litigation materials
• Handling litigation: pre-action correspondence, pleadings, liaising with courts, and preparing trial bundles
• Tracking critical deadlines and ensuring procedural compliance
• Advising clients on planning systems and processes with clarity and precision
