Planning Associate Solicitor - 3+ PQE

This lawyer will work on national development and infrastructure projects across energy, transport, utilities and the built environment, providing early consenting strategy and regulatory planning advice, project delivery support and dispute resolution where required. The role involves advising on major planning and compulsory purchase matters, including inquiries, examinations and judicial review.

• Experience in town and country planning, development consenting, compulsory purchase and compensation, EIA and HRA matters, inquiries and examinations, or judicial review.
• Open to candidates from private practice, local authority or in-house backgrounds.
