This role will undertake the forecasting, planning and scheduling of all work activity coming into the CX Success Centre. They will utilise the tools available and produce easy to understand reports that can be used internally and shared with clients when needed. This role will also be responsible for optimising current ways of working and provide solutions to create efficiencies and better ways of working.
