Planning & Change Manager

Role Overview
This pivotal role will involve:
- Lead and coordinate projects aligned with People Team and Carnival UK strategic plans.
- Drive strategic change initiatives and embed continuous improvement practices.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with reporting cycles.
- Influence and engage stakeholders to support adoption of new processes.
This role is positioned at CUK07 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
