Full Job Description

1st Step Solutions Ltd are working on behalf of a national M&E Building Services Contractor who are ideally looking for an experienced Planner with MEP/Building Services experience or potentially main contract build background.

Required: Planner (M&E/Building Services)

Location: Bristol & Somerset

Employment: Freelance (outside IR35)

Day Rate: up to £450 - 500p/day

Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days remote

Project Duration: 4years+

Software: Asta Power Project

You will be planning the allocation of high value/complex work on one of the largest major projects in the South West. Producing workable realistic and efficient programmes of work which meet an appropriate standard for the contract conditions and both internal and client requirements.
