Planner Alliance)

Binnies, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Planner to join Alliance team.

What will you do?

As a Planner, you will own the project plan, drive the project team to deliver according to the plan, and challenge delays and deviations. You will collaborate with a team to enhance efficiency and performance using your experience, enthusiasm, and skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for the Delivery Team, ensuring adherence methodology.
2. Ensure plans capture the full project scope and resources are appropriately allocated.
3. Identify risks and opportunities proactively, monitor critical paths and milestones, and advise the team on potential changes, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
4. Create 4D animations of the project plan for digital rehearsal of construction activities.
5. Design and implement clear communication plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
6. Maintain planning standards and follow published processes.
7. Uphold Health & Safety standards in all planning activities, prioritizing safety at all times.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working on relevant civil engineering projects, preferably in the Water Industry.
• Proficiency with P6 scheduling software.
• Experience leading collaborative planning processes and interpreting drawings for efficient planning.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences under tight deadlines.
• Innovative, adaptable, and supportive team-oriented attitude to enhance the Planning team's reputation.
