You will work within a motivated and caring team in an environment where human contact is at the heart of the activity. To complete our teams, we are looking for our CMS X Sud pillar: you will plan interventions with our clients to ensure quality care tailored to their needs. Your main tasks will include: Selecting and distributing interventions considering personnel resources and client availability, contacting clients to inform them of any changes and transmitting the schedules while ensuring compliance with labor laws (working hours, rest, and Sunday work), managing client requests and providing them with information.Profile: CFC in business administration, ASSC, logistician, or an equivalent qualification. Professional experience of at least 2 years in the Vaud healthcare and medical-social network is a priority. Ability to prioritize, anticipate, and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Excellent rigor and precision skills. Good ability to cope with pressure and manage stress. Proficient in oral and written French.
