Compensation: £12.21 / hour

Description

We work on behalf of our client, National Gas, to change and maintain gas meters. Our team of engineers covers areas across the country, including Northeast & Yorkshire, Northwest, West Midlands, East Mids, East Anglia, and London. We operate on an in-house system, allocating work to engineers based on area. Due to time constraints on appointments, we prioritize jobs to ensure attendance within designated time bands, working to SLAs, which contribute to our KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Report any issues to an on-call Manager.
• Handle calls primarily from engineers or clients; occasionally from customers requesting appointments.
• Proactively make outbound calls to customers during summer months to schedule appointments.

Hours vary seasonally: 4.30pm - 9.30pm in summer; up to 10.00 pm in winter, when customer demand is higher. Additional hours may be available for covering holidays and sickness.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
