Planned Works Site Manager - Social Housing (Car/Allowance)

Mears Group in the UK is seeking a proactive Planned works Site Manager to lead our planned works across social housing properties, ensuring safe delivery on schedule and to high standards. You'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain records in line with policy.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 6 in site management, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work, plus a proven track record delivering planned maintenance in social housing environments.
