Planned Care Transformation Lead

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Programme Manager to lead delivery of programmes within the Planned Care Team portfolio under Group Operations. You will support outpatient improvement and drive a modern, digitally enabled service to improve access, efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires experience in leading change in a large organisation, with governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-site collaboration across hospitals and group services. Travel across sites is expected.
