Placement Sports Coach (Swimming, Lifeguard qualification)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach practical PE and coach across a wide range of ages and abilities in the Senior School.
• Support sports award holders who are part of the High Performance Programme.
• Coach at Swanbourne House and Winchester House Prep Schools, catering to Co Ed ages 3 13.
• Perform pastoral duties as part of a 7 day a week boarding school environment.
• Engage and motivate students, fostering participation and performance in sport.
• Assist with ongoing career progression and training, including obtaining additional coaching qualifications and attending specialist courses.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in swimming coaching.
• Valid Lifeguard qualification.
• Capability to cover a variety of sports if required.
• Experience working in a boarding school setting is an advantage.
