Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Placement Journey Administrator to support the smooth and compliant delivery of student placements and work-based learning activity across the institution.

This pivotal role sits at the heart of a new placement operation, ensuring that students, placement providers and academic colleagues receive excellent administrative support throughout the placement lifecycle. You will coordinate documentation, maintain records, support compliance processes and help ensure that all placement activities meet institutional and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with colleagues across the University, you will manage placement-related information, monitor approvals, support quality assurance processes and contribute to a positive and efficient experience for students undertaking work-based learning opportunities. The role also provides exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks, including processes relating to international students and placement governance.

We are looking for a proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience of managing records, working with databases and supporting multiple stakeholders will help you succeed in this rewarding role.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration and student success are at the centre of everything you do, we'd love to hear from you.
