Job Description
Role Overview 
We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team at our Knightsbridge Pizzeria. You will prepare pizzas from scratch, manage kitchen operations, forecast stock, and ensure food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities- Prepare pizza from scratch using various doughs and traditional wood fired oven techniques.
- Set daily production levels, delegating tasks to the kitchen team.
- Manage stock levels and place orders, using SAP and Workday systems.
- Ensure food safety standards and sanitation across all food related areas.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and stock records.
- Strong hospitality experience, ideally in a high end Italian or pizzeria setting.
- Knowledge of fermentation, dough hydration and traditional cooking techniques.
- Excellent time management and customer focus skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and attention to detail.
- Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, and preferably SAP.
- Competitive salary up to £18/hr.
