Hickory's Smokehouse in Cambridge is seeking a Pitmaster (Head Prep Chef) to lead our prep team, master the smokers and champion the low and slow magic that defines our barbecue. You'll help ensure every brisket, rib and pulled pork is cooked to perfection and plated with pride.
