Piping Technician

JOBWELL B.V. provides technical staff in industry through staffing, secondment and recruitment & selection.

You will perform basic piping tasks on large projects and industrial sites, including:

• Assembling and disassembling components (piping, equipment, valves)
• Working on low and high-pressure systems
• Assisting with prefabrication of piping components
• Pressure testing, filling and draining piping systems
• Blinding and de-blinding pipelines
• Assessing loads, determining rigging equipment, lifting and guiding

• Valid VCA certificate (or willing to obtain before start)
• Flange mechanic certificate
• Certificate for slinging and guiding loads
• Knowledge of tools, components and connection techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs, specs and isometrics
• Driving license B and own transport
• Motivation and responsibility
