Pipelayer - Little Island, Co. Cork

• Location:Little Island, Co. Cork
• Job Type:Full-time
• Schedule:Day shift, Monday-Friday with overtime available, possible Saturday Work

Responsibilities

• Installation of underground drainage and utility pipes (foul & surface water)
• Setting out, laying and jointing concrete, clay, and plastic pipes
• Bench manholes and ensure correct levels, gradients, and alignments
• Operate tools and small plant relevant to pipelaying works
• Work safely as part of a site team under the direction of site management

Requirements

• Experience:Minimum 2 years pipelaying / groundworks experience (deep drainage preferred)
• Certifications:Safe Pass (mandatory), Manual Handling (mandatory), Abrasive Wheels (advantageous), CSCS Tickets (advantageous).
• PPE:Hard hat, high-vis vest, safety boots, gloves
• Good communication skills in English
• Long-term work with established contractor
• On-site parking
