A great opportunity has arisen for a reliable and hardworking Despatch Picker/Packer to join a growing warehouse team. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition by accurately picking and packing products.This role is fast paced and requires a high level of attention to detail.

Day-to-day duties of the role:

• Pick and pack orders accurately in line with customer requirements.
• Prepare products for despatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
• Check goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy before shipment.
• Load and unload deliveries safely when required.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Work effectively to meet daily productivity and despatch targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or despatch environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
