Job Title: Scottish Personal Injury Solicitor

A highly regarded North Leeds firm is looking for a Scottish Solicitor to join the team. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best possible legal advice and representation. We have a strong track record of success in personal injury cases, and we are committed to helping our clients get the compensation they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
• Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
• Negotiating settlements with insurers
• Representing clients in court

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Scottish solicitor
• 2+ years' experience in personal injury law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills

• Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence.
• Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
• Use of Proclaim
