Physiotherapy Manager - Cambridge Hospital

About the Role

As a Physiotherapy Manager you will work across inpatients and outpatients, addressing a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post operative cases. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead, and will help patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing. Delivering excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well led and responsive to patients' needs, you will also be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes. Protected CPD time and access to programmes and events provided by the Nuffield Health Academy will support your professional development.

Main Duties
  • Work across Inpatients and Outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post operative cases
  • Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead
  • Help our patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well led and responsive to patients' needs
  • Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
  • Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy
Qualifications and Experience
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Proven post qualification clinical experience
  • Operational management experience within a healthcare setting
  • Financial management experience within a healthcare setting
  • Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals
  • Computer literacy - use of an electronic patient record system
