Physical Therapist Needed

Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Position: Full Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We're hiring a Physical Therapist to provide structured, patient focused care in a full time setting. This role is centered on helping patients recover movement, improve physical ability, and manage pain through well planned therapy sessions. You will be responsible for creating treatment strategies, guiding patients through each phase of care, and helping them work toward realistic physical goals.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and determine appropriate therapy needs
• Create personalized rehabilitation plans
• Provide direct treatment through exercise instruction and manual techniques
• Measure patient progress and make treatment adjustments
• Explain recovery goals and treatment steps clearly to patients
• Keep documentation complete and up to date

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning
• Ability to manage a full time patient schedule effectively
• Previous outpatient experience preferred
