Base Salary:$90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000-$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You Bring

• Active (or in progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• A team first mindset and commitment to patient centered care.
