Outpatient Physical Therapist - Andover, MA
New-Grad Friendly Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary:$90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000-$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

- Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands on therapy and meaningful patient education.
- Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Active (or in progress) state PT license.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
