  • Exercise Prescription: Experience designing and progressing therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to educate, motivate, and connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong clinical reasoning skills to adjust treatments based on patient progress.
  • Time Management & Organization: Efficiently manage a caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with physicians and other providers.
  • Technology & Documentation Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and digital documentation.
