Physical Activities Coordinator - Part Time

Location: All Sites. Hours: Part Time (15 hours). Days: Wednesday and/or Thursday and/or Friday (2 days in total). Requirements: Access to a car & valid driving licence.
We are looking for an outgoing and caring individual to join our team as a Physical Activities Coordinator, supporting patients/service users with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs.
This role would suit someone with an interest in sports, physical activity, or the arts, who enjoys encouraging and motivating others. Experience in areas such as sports coaching, gym work, children's clubs, or activity based roles would be highly beneficial.
The role will include working with small groups or one to one work with people with Mental Health needs or a Learning Disability, indoors and outdoors. Full training in Mental Health and Learning Disability support is given in addition to supervision and practice support from the Therapies team.

- A caring, patient, and engaging approach
- Willingness to be hands on and demonstrate activities
- Understanding of mental health and/or learning disabilities (training provided)
- Good level of physical fitness
