Opus have partnered with a client in Gloucester who are a leading E-commerce brand, serving thousands of customers across the UK.

They're now looking for a PHP Developer to help them scale their E-commerce platform.

You'll be joining a passionate in-house tech team focused on quality, performance, and innovation. If you want to build products that matter, grow your skills, and see your work make an impact - this is the place for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building new features and improving the performance of a modern E-commerce platform
• Working with Laravel, Vue.js, and Google Cloud to deliver seamless user experiences
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to roll out high-impact changes
• Maintaining clean, testable, well-documented code
• Troubleshooting issues and delivering reliable, scalable solutions
• Integrating APIs for payments, logistics, marketing, and more

Skills they tend to look for:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with PHP/Laravel
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Vue.js
• Confident working with MySQL databases
• Good knowledge of Git
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
• Comfortable with Linux command-line tools and basic server administration
