Pharmacy Technician

Overview

We are recruiting Pharmacy Technicians for permanent positions within the hospital pharmacy team at Bon Secours Hospital Cork, located in Cork City. The role offers a career in a trusted hospital environment with a commitment to high standard patient care and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

Assist the hospital pharmacy team in delivering medication services, including dispensing prescriptions, maintaining inventory, and providing support to clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy Technician Studies from Munster Technological University (MTU), Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Letterkenny Technological University, Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), South East Technological University (SETU), Technological University Dublin (TUD), or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Pharmacy Technician holding the Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU) qualification.
• Unqualified candidates who wish to become Pharmacy Technicians and are interested in training for a career in hospital pharmacy are welcome to apply.
