As a Pharmacy Manager, you will enhance patient care, manage medication therapy, and support both acute and chronic health conditions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Pharmacy Manager, you will:
- Deliver Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care and wellness services.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain high operational standards, including safety and performance metrics.
- Manage the Team: Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to assure quality service.
- Increase Profitability: Collaborate with management to develop strategies that boost the pharmacy's profitability.
To be considered for this role, you need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or equivalent FPGEC).
- An active pharmacy license in the state of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
- Certification as an immunizer (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy.
- Flexibility to work various schedules.
