Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Dispenser, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Pharmacy Dispenser will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing prescription medication to customers, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves answering phones, maintaining a professional phone etiquette, and ensuring the pharmacy area is well-organized and clean.

Qualifications

• Experience working with prescriptions and general pharmacy knowledge
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Skills in inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent; certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
