Job Description

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of essential medications.
  • Provide professional advice to customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and improve pharmacy performance metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
  • Support the training and development of pharmacy staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the GPhC.
  • Proven experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
