Pet Store Assistant Manager - Lead, Train & Grow

Pets Corner in Guildford is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a full-time role. You will drive store performance, lead a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service for pets and their owners. The role includes opening/closing, merchandising, and stock control while fostering a positive, family-spirited store culture.

You will mentor staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement the Pets Corner Curriculum in training to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
