Job Description
Specialist Send Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified teacher to deliver truly personalised education for learners with SEND, SEMH and related needs who are not accessing mainstream provision.
You will lead baseline assessments, develop KS4 curriculum pathways aligned with EHCP outcomes, and coordinate Pupil Passports, progress reviews and reporting while collaborating with families, Local Authorities and carers.
