Job Description
Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Training Manager to join our Product Team in a part time role, 20 hours per week. You will work with club management to ensure the in club PT offering is fully synchronised and consistently delivers excellent member journeys.
Own the PT weekly plan, recruit and develop talent, run onboarding and coaching, and drive performance using dashboards for penetration, bookings and churn.
