What you'll be doing:

Working closely with our Life Enrichment & Wellbeing Manager and Home Manager, you'll work within our warm and dynamic support team not only to identify resident's needs, but also to deliver engaging, accessible fitness and movement sessions tailored to our residents' individual desires . You'll be running:

One-to-one mobility and strength sessions

Group fitness classes ( gentle exercise, balance, posture, stretching)

Supporting with tailored rehabilitation-style programmes

Supporting wellness workshops and wellbeing events

Encouragement, confidence-building, and a fair few laughs along the way

Creating problem lists, generating SMART goals, and integrating it as part of the residents' care plans

Monitoring & progress provision, updating key stakeholders

What you'll need:

A Level 3 Personal Training Certificate

Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position

Experience working with a range of ages

A kind , energetic approach with great communication skills

An understanding that "extraordinary" isn't measured in reps it's measured in smiles, stamina, and confidence
