An established and growing independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Reading is looking to recruit a Personal Tax Semi-Senior or Senior to strengthen its expanding private client team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit firm with a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering both reliable compliance services and personalised tax advice. The firm works closely with a varied client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and company directors, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Managing personal tax returns and compliance work from start to finish
• Providing tailored tax advice and planning solutions
• Getting involved in ad hoc project work and client development
• Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior staff

• Qualified ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
• Solid experience in personal tax within a practice environment
• Background in an independent, boutique, or mid-sized firm preferred
• Able to manage compliance work with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic about private client tax and committed to long-term development
• Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Study support for CTA if required
