Private Client / Personal Tax Senior Associate - Oxford - Up to £50,000
Location: Oxford (next to the train station) - Hybrid working available

You'll join a growing, tech-enabled private client tax team based in central Oxford - working across a high-quality portfolio of individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. It's a mix of hands-on compliance, tax planning exposure, and trusted advisor work.

What the role looks like:

Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients

Prepare and review self-assessment returns

Monitor WIP, billing, and spot opportunities for added value

Handle CGT and IHT queries, with growing involvement in tax planning

Support junior team members and work closely with managers/directors

Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients

What you'll bring:

ATT, ACCA, ACA or equivalent experience (qualified or part-qualified)

At least 2 years in practice, ideally with private client exposure

Solid understanding of UK personal tax rules

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning

Ambition to build your advisory skills and develop your career

Core hours between 10am and 4pm
