This is an exciting opportunity to join a client-focused practice, manage a varied portfolio, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality personal tax compliance and advisory services.As a Personal Tax Manager, you will:

• Manage a substantial portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead the preparation and review of personal tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide proactive advisory services on personal tax planning and strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure all work meets technical, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the personal tax function.

The successful Personal Tax Manager will have:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience managing a personal tax portfolio within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge in personal tax, including trusts, estates, and capital gains.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to client service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
