Personal Insurance Handler

We are working on behalf an Insurance Broker who is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor. You will be primarily focused on Motor, Household, VIP Motor and Household and associated fringe covers based in the Nottingham office.

The role of the Personal Lines Insurance Advisor:

• Assisting customers with their renewals, mid term alterations and new business enquiries.
• Negotiating with Underwriters where necessary.
• Arranging cover.
• Producing company approved documentation for customers.
• Liaising with the Nottingham Clients on the phone, by email and post.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Identifying new customer opportunities as and when they arise.

Skills required for the Personal Lines Insurance Advisor:

• Previous experience of dealing with Motor and/or Household Insurance and/or High Net Worth/VIP Personal Lines.
• Strong IT, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team and individually.
• Be based in or around Nottingham/Nottinghamshire.
