OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm, offering high-quality claimant work and genuine long-term career progression.
• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
• Based in Cheshire.
• Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Handle EL/PL and RTA claims, with exposure to more complex and higher-value cases where appropriate.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and support clients throughout the litigation process.
• Suitable for Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised personal injury team.
• Confidently manage your own caseload independently while delivering exceptional client care.
• Strong technical knowledge of claimant personal injury litigation required.
• Excellent communication, organisational and case management skills.
• Proactive and client-focused approach with a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
