The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded law firm in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and driven professional who can hit the ground running and manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury claims from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of personal injury matters, including multi-track litigation.
• Handling claims such as serious Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers' Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL).
• Progressing files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Liaising with counsel, medical experts, and other stakeholders.
• Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly with vulnerable clients and their families.
• Working autonomously while contributing to the wider team.
• Achieving and exceeding fee-earning targets.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Personal Injury.
• Demonstrable experience handling high-value, complex, and multi-track claims, including catastrophic injury cases.
• Proven track record as a strong fee earner with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
