Who We're Looking For- A qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, or a fee earner with comparable experience in personal injury.- Strong skills in advocacy, negotiation, communication, organisation, IT, and litigation.- A client-centred mindset and a drive to secure the best possible outcomes.- Someone confident managing a mixed caseload.- An individual keen to help expand the firm's personal injury offering.
