About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of personal injury matters.

The caseload will consist of EL, PL cases, some RTA cases, with emphasis on Fast Track work and the opportunity to undertake intermediate track work and some Multi Track work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Handle a mixed caseload of personal injury matters, manage and prioritise a high caseload using a case management system, and work both independently and within a team to provide excellent client service.

Qualifications

An excellent track record in personal injury litigation is essential.

Experience using all MOJ portals and case management systems.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and as an individual.
