JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Paralegal (Defendant)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 18 Months+
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
• Join a respected commercial law firm looking to welcome a Pre-Litigation Claims Handler into its thriving personal injury team.
• Manage a personal caseload of employers' liability and public liability claims at the pre-litigation stage.
• Progress claims proactively and efficiently, ensuring matters are handled to a high professional standard.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships delivering consistently high levels of service.
• Work within a fast-paced environment which offers mentoring and support for clear and genuine career progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are welcomed from individuals boasting at least 18 months' experience dealing with pre-litigation employers' liability/public liability claims.
• You must be confident managing files independently in a structured and process driven manner.
• The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and keen to develop expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• This role will suit an individual seeking to build upon their existing experience alongside experienced practitioners.
